With the rising threat of COVID-19, we have had to make some decisions necessary to protect the health of our employees and to protect you as our client while we continue to deliver care to pets in our community. • Tufts VETS is now seeing urgent/emergency cases and appointments through our specialty services.
• For emergencies, please call ahead to discuss your pet’s condition so we may advise you about the urgency of the problem. 极星vpn
• We are continuing with curbside care. Upon arrival, call us and veterinary staff will take your pet in and you will wait in your car until a doctor calls you.
• When we are sending a pet home, the conversation about how to care for your pet will be done by phone and you will receive your pet outside the hospital.
• Medication refills may be mailed to you or picked up outside. To request a mailed refill, please call ahead at least 5 business days in advance, or 48 hours in advance of onsite pickup.
• Prescription foods must be ordered 5 days in advance. Pick-up will take place outside the hospital between 8am and 6pm.
